The front bedroom has a super kingsize bed which can be made into twin beds on request.  It has fitted wardrobes, drawers for storage, a clock radio and a smart TV. This has a small step down into it.  It has a window onto the front overlooking the small garden and the parking space.    


The rear bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside tables and drawers.  There is a clock radio with iPod dock and a Smart Television.  The room is to the rear of the basement flat and has a velux that lets in light and acts as a fire escape.   If you have mobility issues, you may prefer to use the front bedroom, as the fire escape requires you to go up steps to exit the property.  This room remains cool in the summer but a fan is available if needed.

You will find ice blocks, a flask and tupperwares in case you want to plan a picnic!

The Garden Flat is a set in a quiet residential area which is perfect for a relaxing holiday.  We do ask that you be respectful of our neighbours and keep noise levels down after 10pm and before 8am.
